Borscht is a combination of cabbage, pulled chicken, potatoes, and beetroot soup served with sour cream and a side of house-made brioche. It may sound odd, but don't hate it till you try it!
It is a sour soup popular in several Eastern European cuisines. It includes beetroots which gives the dish its distinctive red colour.
