Mimosa is a festive salad, whose main ingredients are carrots, eggs, smoked fish, onions and mayonnaise. Mimosa salad got it's name because of it's reminiscence of "mimosa", spring flowers, scattered on the snow, popularity in the USSR and nowadays in the post-Soviet states.
