Pan-fried Russian cottage cheese pancakes

These Russian pan-fried pancakes are served hot out of the pan, the outsides still crispy while the insides are soft and fluffy.

Sirniki is made from our in-house made cottage cheese, mixed with flour, eggs and sugar.

It's served with raspberry sauce.
